Description
The Filling Machine FU is a universal filling machine for all types of mattresses such as spring core mattresses, foam mattresses, latex mattresses, Sandwich mattresses made of foam and latex plates with natural fibre mats. The solid design of the mechanics is designed for a long life. Optimal filling result is ensured by good grip of the belts to the core even while filling into tight covers.[
Even filling into a very thick cover is easy and fast due to the 1250 mm long filling arms and the automatic filling arm lowering for slipping on the coverl.[
The bonding between cover and core can be integrated, as well as an optional FILLTRONIC control, which enables automatic processes, e.g. for double filling with a an inner stocking of knitware material.
