Perfect protection in foil or paper
As white goods, mattresses and bedding items are delicate and should be packed immediately after production to avoid damage or soiling – the most common reasons for complaints.
Our machines enable a particularly economical use of packaging material, be it with the use of classic PE film or sustainable paper. Savings of up to 50 % are possible. As hybrid solutions, most machines can be used flexibly for both materials.
Sophisticated machines for cost-saving processes
The use of high-quality machines – with minimal material and energy consumption – significantly lowers operating costs and reduces the total cost of ownership (TCO). The integrated packaging systems at the end of production optimize the process, and downstream stacking or palletizing systems complete the automatic production chain. The printing or labeling systems enable direct marking of your products with customer-specific data.

Two main solutions in the packaging sector:
Flat or rolled
– Flat packaging without compression: The classic way via the intermediate trade with shipping by a forwarding agent as bulky goods.
– Roll packaging with volume reduction: Reduces logistics costs and space requirements from the production process to the end customer (see chapter “Rolls”).
