RollPacking with minimal use of materials
Roll packaging reduces the volume of your mattresses by up to 80 %, saves storage space and lowers transport costs. rolled mattresses bring advantages from production to the end customer.
We distinguish between two processes that we offer:
DIRECT ROLLING
When rolled into the machine drum, the mattress is packed in compressed form. You can choose between PE film or paper for the packaging bag. No other process offers this minimal packaging consumption.
PRESS, FOLD AND ROLL
The mattress is first wrapped in film, pressed flat, then folded and rolled. The roll is then secured with a separate stretch film. Material consumption can be further reduced by using particularly thin films. Our hybrid machines also offer maximum flexibility, as they can process both film and paper.

Sustainable packaging solution with paper
Paper is a sustainable, renewable raw material and 100% recyclable. In contrast to mattresses conventionally wrapped in foil, which often have to air out for a long time after unpacking, breathable paper allows air to circulate much more quickly.
