The mattress welding press MPS serves for flat compression and vacuum welding of mattresses in plastic bags or in paper bags.
The integrated conveyor belt automatically transports all mattresses in and further conveys them to the rollpacking or stacking. The 25-50 tons of pressing force are generated by an electric drive, which is controlled with millimeter accuracy through software. The spindle mechanics are designed for unbeatably fast and low-maintenance long-term operation. The integrated welding bar produces a flat seam of the highest quality through temperature-controlled heating.
