Description
The Gluing press MPSR consists of a reinforced conveyor belt, on which a press portal is built. The movement of the pressing plate is mechanically synchronized to ensure a uniform pressing of the mattress, even when it is not positioned centrally.
All parts that come into contact with the product are coated with silicone for easy cleaning. Under the conveyor there is a cleaning roll, which can be removed by simply pulling out its axis.
In combination with the FillMatic gluing machines HRA, SRA and CAM pressing time and pressing depth can be set at the control of the gluing machine. Then the press automatically compacts each mattress height only by the distance set in the control system.
