Description
The portal robot RP automatically and quickly feeds foam pads, felt pads and mattress cores to the line.
The stacking robot moves on a portal that spans the production line transversely to the material flow direction and serves stacks beside the line.
Multiple stacks can be serviced with the stacking robot. For a glue assembly line the robot can feed the necessary different pads for a mattress in the right order taking them each from the appropriate stack. This greatly facilitates the assembly of the mattress.
The gripper head of the stacking robot is equipped with needle grippers.
These enable the gripping of foams pads as well as felt pads.
