Description
The gluing machine CAM is a rollcoater for application of water based glue to mattresses. By connecting it to a heating unit for heat transfer oil, it can also be used as a hot melt roll coater.
A 2 x 2 m mattress is glued within 4 seconds.
Ondulating surfaces can be completely glue covered up to a depth of 8 cm without regulating the height adjustment. At the same time, the roll coater ensures a particularly economical use of the adhesive.
The large stainless steel rollers with 280 and 240 mm diameter dose the glue so gently that a mechanically activated latex glue easily survives the lunch break.[
To clean, simply peel off the dry latex skin or wipe off the resin glue briefly with water. It gets even smarter with our self-developed cleaning system.
