Machine MSL

Dual function machine: Mattresses are taken from the stack and fed to a line or finished mattresses arrive on a conveyor onto the conveyor belt of the mattress stacker and are placed on a stack in prolongation of the line.

What sets our stackers apart?

One of the notable advantages that our machine solutions bring to stacking and destacking is their intelligent operation. The top mattress is taken from a stack, which is located on a pallet or a cart, and fed to a production line. The stack is in a straight line behind the machine.

From the stack to the lifting conveyor

The mattresses are taken in the longitudinal direction. First, the vertical mover moves the top of the stack. From here, the conveyor reaches horizontally into the stack under the top mattress, while the conveyor belt moves backwards at the same speed, so that the mattress comes to rest on the belt. Afterwards, the belt moves horizontally with the standing belt back, so that the mattress is transported onto the belt of the elevator.

Comprehensive protection

Throughout the process, the mattress is supported by the conveyor belt. Therefore, there are no loadings from fresh adhesive seams, fresh packaging weld seams or the like. No grippers are needed either.
