Machine TSG

The welding Davice is the little sister of the VP.

It is mainly used for closing PE bags around mattresses, but can also weld close mattress stockings of knitware. This function can be controlled manually via a foot switch or be embedded into the automatic production line with an additional conveyor and sensors.

The welding is done by temperature controlled electrodes, so that the same welding result is always achieved independently of outside temperature and film temperature, without a permanently heated welding bar that would require preheating.

Machine VP

The mattress wrapper VP 220 is a packaging machine for the highest demands. The packaging machine consists of a main welding portal and the side welding station. The mattress moves transversally through the machine, so that mattress length is equal to machine width.

The main welding portal is built on rollers, which facilitates access for maintenance and material roll changes. The material rolls are mounted on the main welding portal at the top and bottom and are directly accessible for changing by moving out the portal.

In the VP 220 model, the machine automatically detects the mattress height and sets the position of the lower welding bar to the mattress middle. This results in better packaging quality and reduced consumption of film for thick mattresses.

Here too, welding is done by temperature-controlled electrodes. This way, with the Mattress Wrapper, the same welding result is always achieved independently of outside temperature and film temperature, without a permanently heated welding bar that would require preheating.

Machine FSGE

The bag sealing device FSGE is used to close the packaging bags of rolled mattresses by welding. The mattress pushed out of the roll-pack is positioned correctly by the operator. This is triggered by the foot switch signal, which lifts the lower welding bar to the centre of the roller. Then he pulls the welded end of the bag smoothly. He triggers the welding cycle with two-hand control. From now on, the process will run automatically. The operator can turn around and pull the bag for the next mattress on the RollPack. The next mattress pushed out of the roll-pack pushes the previous one out of the tub. This leads to a reduction of cycle time.
