Description
The mattress stocking filling machine ATE 220 in its fully automatic version fills the mattress into the knitware hose and closes this cover on both sides. The ATE automatically winds up an entire roll of tricot hose, with hose lengths depending on the material from 70 to 120 cm. If the hose is already closed at the end, Production can start immediately. Otherwise, the first seam will be positioned manually.
The ATE automatically detects the transversally arriving mattress core, aligns it and pushes it through the welding station, where the knitware is closed, and then brings the mattress to the outfeed conveyor.
