Description
The felt cutting machine PTS consists of one or two roller trays, an outfeed conveyor which feeds the cut felt onto the foam pad passing underneath, the cutting unit and the pull-out and positioning bridge.
The felt cutter is set up over a conveyor of the gluing line The width of the felt roll corresponds to the length of the mattress. Therefore, different width mattresses of the same length can be produced without changing felt rolls. The PTS automatically positions the cut felt pad on a foam pad.
